Expectations
Prior to... We will be in contact with you to confirm address, any details you've previously given us, shoot day and estimated time of arrival. We will also briefly go over any details you would like to highlight on the property. Day of... A professional team will arrive during the expected timeframe and record the location, this process will take anywhere from 30 minutes to three hours depending on the size of the property and package selected. Upon departure the property will be back to it's original state with no changes made. One to Two Days After... You will receive an email with links to branded and un-branded versions of the video. Facebook post will be made with branded version of tour, and finally a link will be emailed where you can download both versions. |
THE FINE PRINT:
Real estate videos are generally shot with very strict deadlines in mind. To that end, we strive to have our videos completed, edited and uploaded by the very next day so you may get them listed and on the MLS. The fast turnaround time and long editing and compression times, coupled with the need to keep prices low prevent us from offering standard options that may be offered with other types of video production.
Each video takes more than 5+ hours in transcoding, editing, and compression for the web. Any changes, no matter how insignificant they seem, require a complete re-edit and recompression of the material for both branded and unbranded versions, so there is no such thing as "a small change". Therefore, we do not offer previews, and do not offer client edits (as we do for videos for other industries that cost well over $500).
We will happily correct any errors that we make at no charge. Any additional editing, changes, etc. that you would like made after the fact will be billed at $100 per hour of post production. If there are specific rooms you do or don't want filmed, or specific narrative or contact information please submit it to us, please be sure everything is correct before the video is edited.
All payments are due upon booking, this is done to ensure we can keep our cost as low as possible. Payments are fully refundable if shoot is canceled 72 hours prior. We understand cancelations are possible after 72 hours and will issue a full credit towards another location providing notification is given 24 hours prior to scheduled time. If notification is provided less than 24 hours prior to shoot a 50% credit will be issued towards another location.
